Shipping and returns
At Vybe Clothing, we’re all about quality and making sure you get the best. Orders typically take 1 to 2 weeks to process and ship, depending on demand and your location. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on the move so you can keep an eye on it. Please note, shipping times can vary, and once your order is in the hands of the carrier, it’s out of our control. Double-check your shipping info before checking out, as we’re not responsible for delays or packages that go missing due to incorrect addresses.
As for returns, we keep it straightforward. If something’s not right, you’ve got 14 days from the delivery date to reach out. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on final sale items, limited releases, or custom-made gear. If your item arrived damaged or wrong, let us know within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it. But, just so you know, return shipping is on you. We don’t cover the cost to send stuff back. We’re all about good vibes here, but don’t try to pull any fast ones — we can tell if something’s been worn for a photo or used.
